Honest, transparent and informative are three words I’d use to describe my interactions with Brent. While unfortunately my builder’s preferred lender was offering some pretty tough to beat incentives he was willing to take a phone call and even went as far as making a brief video walking me through the estimate I had been given through my builders lender. Often times all of the numbers, fees, credits and percentages can be a bit confusing, he was able to break it down in a way that was easy to understand. Additionally, in an industry where it seems like operating with integrity isn’t always a top priority I can assure you Brent operates with the highest level of integrity. Brent assisted my wife, family and I in a time of extreme need. We had another lender who completely dropped the ball on our loan and Brent picked up the slack with mere weeks to spare before closing. His colleague Jessica worked very closely with us, as well as Brent, do work expeditiously to get us in our home. I can not begin to explain how hard they both worked and how communicative they both were. It would not be possible to be in a position to write a review about this process and speak in the past tense about closing on a home if it was for Brent and his team. Brent and his team (specifically worked with Kelly) were fantastic helping me find a great loan for my home. They helped navigate through some unique circumstances and communicated with me well. Perhaps the best thing is that Brent found a lender who offered an interest rate .375% cheaper than the "preferred lender" that our builder was suggesting--AND it had cheaper fees saving me probably $1-2k when all was said and done. As a first-time-home-buyer, this process was great with Brent and Kelly. Even though my loan was likely smaller than other customers they work with, I was treated super well and never felt like my needs were "too small". Would 100% use Brent again. ~ Parker R

I recently moved to Texas from out of state. I was given Brent’s name as someone that could help me with financing. He did more than help. The timing of our move posed some difficult problems that I couldn’t have navigated without Brent.
